The Maldives Summer School, an initiative under the CHILDRN project, commenced today with an enlightening keynote from Professor André W. Droxler, exploring the formation of the Maldivian islands.
The purpose of the Maldives Summer School is to bolster educational and research capacities on climate change issues in the Maldives. The theme for this year's summer school is "Navigating the Rising Tides: Addressing the Climate Vulnerabilities of Small Island States".
